What data we collect
- Quote / contact form: your name, phone, postcode, optional email, and a brief description of the job.
- WhatsApp / phone enquiries: the number you contact us from and the content of your message.
- Site photos: only at jobs we attend, with the property owner's informed consent. Vehicle number plates are blurred before publication.
- Cookies: see the Cookies section below.
Why we collect it (lawful basis)
- Quote enquiries: legitimate interests (UK GDPR Art 6(1)(f)) — answering the quote you requested.
- Active job records: contract (Art 6(1)(b)) — performing the agreed work and meeting HMRC/health-and-safety obligations.
- Cookies (non-essential): consent (Art 6(1)(a)) — granted via the cookie banner and withdrawable at any time.
How long we keep it
- Unconverted quote enquiries: 12 months.
- Active job records (invoices, materials, sign-off): 6 years (HMRC requirement).
- Marketing list: until you unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
- Web hosting: Cloudflare Pages (UK and EU regions).
- Email: Google Workspace.
- WhatsApp: Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (when you message us).
We do not sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You can ask us to: access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your data. Email adescaffolding@gmail.com to exercise any of these rights.

The site does not currently load Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any third-party tracking. If we add these in future, they will only load with your explicit consent and will appear in this table.
Third-party content
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load embedded WhatsApp / Google Maps when you click the relevant buttons. These transfer your IP address to those providers; that's why we ask for cookie consent before any non-essential third-party content loads.
